20+ years building integrated campaigns, earning national media coverage, and growing communities across tech, nonprofit, and entertainment.
My career began in film and radio producing at KCRW-FM, evaluating scripts at Showtime, and working as an analyst at Paramount Pictures. That foundation gave me something most marketers don't have: a genuine instinct for narrative. From there I moved into technology and nonprofit communications, spending years at TechSoup Global directing campaigns for a 250+ person organization with a $25M operating budget that reached over 300,000 monthly visitors across 190 countries. I co-founded my own mobile startup, spent 12 years consulting across nonprofit, health, and technology sectors, and at Adobe owned all communications for an exclusive international agency partner program whose members included Digitas, Sapient, and AKQA.
The results speak across very different arenas. At Adobe I quadrupled partner program membership in under a year through storytelling-led campaigns and a custom web portal. At TechSoup I grew the Net2 registered user community from 2,000 to 8,000 in under six weeks, secured national coverage in MSNBC and the SF Chronicle, and produced the Netsquared Conference with Yahoo and Microsoft as $50K+ sponsors. I also co-founded a nonprofit, hip4sf.org, bringing that same communications instinct to civic causes. Whether the goal is earned media, membership growth, or brand launch, I build campaigns that move numbers.
